How the van came to life

Spotted late one night on Facebook market place, the van caught the imagination of photographer and photo booth creator Leo Ferenc. ‘I bought the van with the intention to have it as a run around vehicle about town and maybe convert it into a photo booth’. Within a week however it was decided that it would make an unusual pizza truck. But this was to be different, different to all the horse boxes and land rover pizza vehicles out there due to the rarity of the truck. Pizzas would be prepared outside the van, allowing the chefs to interact more with clients. It would have 4 ovens, assigned to vegan, vegetarian, and carnivorian diets. The pizzas from the Pizza Leonati truck are of the Neapolitan style, ready in 90 seconds with a soft billowy base and light crust. Ovens run at 480C.
